Several of us as work were trying to remember which movie this was from and tried googling, youtube and imdb but can't seem to come up with it.

It's an entry area and the secretary is aiming a pistol at them from under the desk and the gun is strapped to the desk. Details are sketchy but it's some type of entry area to a classified area of some type. 4 people here remember the scene but not the movie.
